This Privacy Notice explains how SOLÉN ("SOLÉN", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit solenstudio.us, make a purchase, or contact us. It is issued in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable laws.

Who is responsible for your data

SOLÉN, with its address at Prolongación Reforma 1196, Ciudad de México, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal information. You can reach us at contact.solenstudio@gmail.com.

Information we collect

  • Contact and order details: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the items you purchase, return or exchange.
  • Payment information: payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. SOLÉN does not store your full card details.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login details and preferences.
  • Communications: messages you send us, for example customer service requests.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device type and how you interact with our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

How we use your information

Primary purposes (necessary to serve you):

  • To process, ship and deliver your orders, and handle returns and exchanges.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To communicate with you about your order and respond to your questions.
  • To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We share your information only as needed to run our store: with Shopify (which hosts our store and processes payments), payment providers, shipping carriers, and marketing and analytics tools. These providers process your data on our behalf and may be located outside Mexico. We may also disclose information when required by law or by a competent authority. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect it, although no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Minors

Our site is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
