1. Overview

This website, solenstudio.us, is operated by SOLÉN, based in Mexico City, Mexico. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

SOLÉN pieces are produced in small quantities. We make every effort to display colors, details and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and small variations in finish are part of the character of each piece. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing or product error, suspected fraud, or if a product is no longer available. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and exchanges

We currently ship within Mexico and to the United States. Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times and conditions, and our returns and exchanges terms (10 days from delivery), are described in our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the SOLÉN name and logo, designs, photographs, text and graphics, belongs to SOLÉN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Use of the site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to submit false information. We may suspend access to the site at any time.

9. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep all information on the site accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct them and to update information at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SOLÉN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the purchase of products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer, including your right to contact the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
